Owner Virginia Shipp dedicates herself to providing all of her clients with quality bras and the best service possible. 

She's done just that for the last 13 years. Brides who visit the boutique become life-long customers. Many have never been professionally fitted and are amazed at the difference it makes. 

"I fit women of all sizes," explains Virginia. "It's a misconception that only large-busted women need to be professionally fitted. Everyone needs that lift and support." 

Virginia recommends that brides bring in their entire wedding party. 

"You want everyone to look their slimmest and trimmest without any unsightly bulges in the photos." 

She explains that a properly fitted bra will also encourage good posture and a healthy back, and that body shapers are usually very comfortable. 

"Ninety-five percent of my customers who put one on do not want to take it off," Virginia adds. 

The results are amazing. A local gown shop sent a bride-to-be to see Virginia. Her gown, after it had been altered as much as possible, was still too tight. 

"I put her in a body shaper and it looked like she had lost 50 pounds," explains Virginia. "Now that gown shop won't do alterations until the bride comes to see me." 

To ensure a perfect-fitting gown, Virginia urges brides to buy their undergarments before going gown shopping. "Take the right bra or body shaper with you," she says. "You'll be one step closer to knowing whether or not the gown is the right one." 

Virginia's Feminine Boutique also carries maternity and mastectomy bras, besides bridal and daytime bras. 

One client told Virginia, "You don't just sell bras, you solve problems!" Faithful customers from as far away as California, Kansas, even Norway echo the sentiment.
