About three to eight weeks following surgery you are ready to shop for a breast form and bras. We provide a private area for you to try on different products with the help of our certified, caring fitters.
 

We are preferred providers and accept assignment for Medicare, Medicaid, Regence, Molina, Secure Horizons, United Health Care, and Group Health. As a courtesy to you we will bill your insurance and coinsurance regardless of the company at no up front out of pocket expense to you. The allowables vary greatly, be sure to check your insurance company's policy.
 

A prescription or referral is required at the time of service, depending upon your insurance company's prerequisites. It is a good idea to check with them and your primary care physician before your appointment, or call us and we will be happy to help you obtain the correct document.
