Frequently Asked Questions
Have a question? See if the answer is here!
Do you charge for the fitting?
There is no charge for a fitting. You are under no obligation to purchase anything from our store. We work to find the best possible fit, we do not try to sell you a bra.
|
Do you make bras?
No. We do not make bras, we do help you choose the right size, style, and fit. We can also do alterations if needed to improve the fit and support of your bra.
|
Do I need an appointment?
We definatley prefer appointments and strongly urge you to call us before you come in without an appointment to be sure we have time to work with you. If you walk-in and we have an opening we will be more than happy to do a fitting, however we can not guarantee we can get you in.
|
Are my bras covered by medical insurance?
Yes, but only if you have had a mastectomy or lumpectomy. We would need a prescription or referral from your doctor (primary care physician if you have an HMO: Group Health, Secure Horizons or Premera Blue Cross). This does not require a doctor's visit, calling the nurse is all that's necessary. We would be happy to assist you in obtaining what you need. Most insurance companies allow at least 2 bras every year, and one breast prosthesis (two for bilateral surgery) every two years.
|
Are you a preferred provider?
We are preferred providers and accept assignment for Medicare, Medicaid, Regence, Molina, Secure Horizons, Premera Blue Cross, Sterling Options, Uniform Medical Plan, and Group Health. It is always a good idea to check with your insurance company for the allowable, if you need assistance, feel free to call. We are always happy to help.
|
Is there a co-pay at the time of fitting?
No. Whether we are preferred providers for your insurance company, or not, we will only bill you after your insurance company has made payment and we send a copy of the explanation of benefits.
|
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. This is why we are mindful of your feelings and concerns during the fitting. We are here to help solve your problems, not pressure you to buy a bra. If you are not pleased with the garment at the time of fitting, we would prefer you not purchase it.
|
What types of payment do you accept?
For your convenience we accept payment by check, cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
|
How much do your regular daytime and strapless bras cost?
Our daytime bras start at $40.00-$120.00, depending on the cup, our strapless bras start at $47.00-$79.95.

Testimonials from loyal long term customers as well as new ones. Find out what they think of Virginia's Feminine Boutique!
Larena Tucker I have been going to Virginia's Feminine Boutique since my Mastectomy in 2005. I was fitted with a prosthesis and beautiful bras. I am happy with the quality of their products.
Melissa and Vanessa are very professional and have made me feel welcome in their boutique.
I even walked with them, on their team, "Giving the Girls a Lift" for the making stides breast cancer walk.
I tell breast cancer survivors and friends needing to be fitted for bras, to go to Virginia's Feminine Boutique. They have have great selection!
Thanks, Larena Tucker
