You will find a warm and professional environment, with federally credentialed fitters who will provide you with a confidential one-on-one consultation and fitting. Tru Life We offer post-surgical camisoles for immediately after surgery, as well as leisure bras for the transitional time between your camisole and standard bra. About three to eight weeks following surgery you are ready to shop for a breast form and bras. We provide a private area for you to try on different products with the help of our experienced and caring fitters. We are preferred providers and accept assignment for Medicare, Medicaid, Regence, Molina, Secure Horizons, Premera Blue Cross, United Health Care, Evercare, Sterling Options, Uniform Medical Plan, and Group Health. As a courtesy to you we will bill your insurance and coinsurance regardless of the company. If we are not contracted with your insurance company you may have to pay up front and wait for reimbursement. If we are contracted with your insurance company you will not be asked to pay any upfront expenses unless you choose to get a prosthesis which exceeds basic coverage. The allowables vary greatly, be sure to check your benefits with your insurance company. Please be sure to bring your insurance cards with you at the time of your appointment. A prescription or referral is required at the time of service with a diagnosis code, depending upon your insurance company's prerequisites. It is a good idea to check with them and your primary care physician before your appointment, or call us and we will be happy to help you obtain the correct document.
